This technology is used for coating of large rollers.
A ribbon of liquid is applied to a rotating roller and moved across the cylindrical surface.
The method is somewhat similar to turning, but the material is applied instead of being removed. In this way we can build up layers of different thickness to be turned down to the correct dimensions.
Rollers can be coated with several hundred kilos of polyurethane. This is a fast and efficient method for coating large rollers in demanding applications.
Our capacity is rolls with diameter up t0 2500 mm, length 8000 mm and weighs up to 12 tons.
