SPRAYING WITH POLYURETHANE
Spraying is a method where polyurethane is applied by spraying an aerosol mist on a part. It is similar to spray-painting a detail, but instead of paint, you spray on a durable and corrosion-resistant polyurethane coating. The thickness of the coating can vary from a few millimetres up to several centimetres.
This method is, for example, very good for coating complicated and irregular surfaces with a very hard-wearing surface. Various areas of use are sieves, clamping blades, process equipment, tumbling vessels, lifting tools, inside pipes, funnels for heavy/sharp objects and much more.
Sprayed polyurethane is a method that is also very successful when it comes to coating large surfaces with a protective surface layer.
One of the more spectacular uses for sprayed polyurethane is the underside of rally cars. Body parts that are subjected to harsh treatment and almost constant stone spraying have a considerably longer life when the stones just bounce off without doing any damage.
Vibration feeders, chutes, conveyors and details with complicated design can be coated. Lifting equipment is often coated with a thin layer so as not to cause damage to parts to be lifted. Sound/noise-attenuation is a very positive property of a sprayed with polyurethane.

MOBILE EQUIPMENT
Thanks to the fact that we have developed a mobile solution for spraying polyurethane, we can also come to you and spray large details that may not be movable but still need protection.
With mobile equipment, coatings are often made on-site at the customer’s facility. A normal coating job is usually performed in 2 working days.
Day 1: Preparation of equipment and pre-treatment of objects with blasting – priming or grinding – priming.
Day 2: Spray coating of objects to a predetermined coating thickness.
The work always ends with a review of work performed and results as well as with the customer’s final approval.
Ex. Clamping blades for trucks, augers, sieves etc.
