In equipment for sieving different materials, some can be very aggressive and abrasive. We spray coat to a suitable thickness with SLITAN®, which even with the most abrasive materials has a very long service life.
The method of spray coating is very practical as we can coat with different thicknesses depending on where the greatest wear is. A thin covering layer is about 1 mm and prevents not only wear but also corrosion. Suitable coating thickness in this application is about 5-10 mm.
