SLITAN® is our collective name for polyurethanes that are manufactured with the utmost care and precision to meet the industry’s high demand for quality and performance. SLITAN is manufactured by hot casting, RibbonFlow®, spraying and injection molding.
We use several types of raw materials to adapt the properties so that the finished product is suitable for specific operating conditions. Each SLITAN® quality used is documented with the included raw materials and manufacturing methods.
We have a modern machine park adapted to manufacture details in size from a few grams up to rollers and industrial supplies consisting of several hundred kilos of polyurethane. Manufacturing of large quality-assured polyurethane products has become a speciality for UW-ELAST AB.
SLITAN® has the following properties:

- Good adhesion

- Good load-bearing capacity

We mold Slitan®-material such as wheel coating, roller coating, drive drums, dampers, flange wheels, membrane, contact roller, line wheels, truck wheels, carriers etc.

We have knowledge of all the advantages of polyurethane but also of its limitations. For each occasion, we evaluate operating conditions and have the opportunity to tailor a solution that fits the customer. Thereafter we produce with consistently high quality.
We also have the opportunity to continuously take samples from the production to ensure that all the requirements are met.
